You’re welcome to join these complimentary online EFT tapping groups as support through these uncertain and challenging times. Even though this stressful environment is similar for all of us globally, everyone is affected in their own singular way.

The intention of this EFT tapping group is to reduce stress, access calm and gain clarity.

Open to all (over 18 years).

Whether you’re familiar with the EFT tapping technique or not, join these groups to learn basic EFT tapping for self-care or as an opportunity to practice your tapping skills.

Each session has a specific topic, some of which are:

  • Stress reduction
  • Pain or tension in the body
  • Setting boundaries
  • Letting go of Guilt
  • Decision making
  • Dealing with isolation
  • …and you’re welcome to suggest topics, too

EFT tapping can help to calm the nervous system, release tension, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep patterns.

What I love about EFT is that although it is highly effective with deep work when facilitated by a therapist (chronic pain, all types of trauma including developmental and PTSD, and self-esteem issues), it functions powerfully as a self-help technique. I have been facilitating EFT groups for over 10 years and when we have such a simple yet effective tool that can be used anywhere and any time (no need for space or quiet or yoga mat or an empty room), it can be extremely empowering.

It’s so much easier sometimes to get by in life using the same old coping mechanisms. We know how to cope and get on with life and that’s how most of us live. But why cope with life when you could live fully, with more energy and vitality? Life will constantly throw things at us; having the resilience to respond with equanimity and clarity is what determines our well-being.

Sharing your stresses in a group, even the daily small frustrations, can be profoundly supportive; it can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions and connections with the group members.

This closed group has the same members every week for 6 weeks (max. 5 people). We practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we reflect within the confidential group space.

You will come away with practical tools and strategies to implement into your busy daily life.

Bring any issues you know are weighing you down, limiting you or holding you back – be open to receiving support, discovering your strengths and feeling lighter.

A cost effective option compared to individual sessions.

Each group accommodates a maximum of 5 people and runs once a week over 6 consecutive weeks. This EFT for well-being programme runs in person as well as online. Please check the calendar for dates and venues.

Each session is 120 minutes (2 hours)
Cost HKD $2,880 for 6 weeks ($480/2 hr session)

Through working on an issue weekly over a 6-week period, I was able to go deeper into the area I wanted to work on and have more time in between sessions to observe my behaviour. Over the 6 weeks, I found myself more easily accessing the deeper feelings that were driving behaviours that I wanted to change. I can now better recognise when those feelings are being activated, and I am hoping that over time this will allow me to respond in a way I am happier with, more consistently.

Support group for your community

Are you part of a community that experiences similar difficulties?
Do you find that simply talking about those problems doesn’t bring permanent solutions or the relief that you seek?

Life constantly throws things at us; having the resilience to respond with equanimity and clarity is what determines our well-being.

Sharing your stresses in a support group, even the daily small frustrations, can be profoundly helpful, bringing new perspectives and opportunities for growth and a connection with the other group members.

We practice EFT, focusing, grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we reflect and share within the confidential group space.

A cost-effective option compared to individual sessions. The same as individual sessions, these groups are completely confidential.

Invite me to host a support group in your community, for example:
– Parents’ group
– Dealing with Divorce
– New mothers’ group
– Coping with serious illness
– Trauma recovery group
– LGBT support group
– Grieving and loss support, or similar.

These groups are held in person at your venue or online via Zoom. We decide together if we hold them regularly; weekly, twice a month or monthly.

Or you may prefer a stand-alone workshop delivered to your team, tailored to specific topics of interest, for example:
– Confidence and public speaking
– Understanding emotional health and developing emotional intelligence (EI).
