Experience the power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and “borrow benefits” as we tap together in a small group. Tapping helps calm the nervous system, release tension and reduce the intensity of uncomfortable thoughts and feelings in the mind and body.

We end with a meditation, either sitting or laying down. The meditation is guided, helping you to
– feel more centred
– access safety and comfort in your body
– connect with self
– be at ease in your physical and emotional body.
Helping you to be grounded and calm to increase your sense of vitality & aliveness.

Access a more grounded sense of self to feel calm, collected and confident. Notice how tapping before meditation helps you to be more present and relax deeper.

with Julie Cook & Falguni Mather

Psychic Development with EFT Workshop with Julie Cook and Falguni MatherDate: Sunday 15th March 2020, 10am – 5pm.
HKD 1,880/person.

We each have our own very special psychic gift. In this innovative workshop you will learn how to understand, access and apply your unique sense. This may be Clairvoyance (seeing), Clairaudience (hearing), Clairsentience (feeling), Claircognizance (knowing) or a combination of these.

We will take time to look at some of the ‘tools of the trade’ such as Tarot cards, Numerology, Psychometry and Pendulum dowsing.

We will combine this with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), to quickly shift negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, allowing you to release any fears and doubts about your innate gifts and abilities. Not only will you learn a technique that will enhance your psychic abilities but you will take away a powerful tool you can use in any area of your life that needs healing.

The workshop will include meditations to access your gifts and working in partners to practice, making this a powerfully experiential time.

Tuning into the Law of Attraction

You’ve watched The Secret, you’ve heard about the “Law of Attraction”, you think you know what it means, although it sometimes feels like a lot of mumbo-jumbo positive thinking stuff and you’re not really sure how it works, if at all.

When I first heard about the Law of Attraction, I intuitively resonated with it. Tried it out for myself, and lo and behold, it worked. What better reason to believe in something than because it works for you? However, part of me still loves an explanation if there’s one to be had, even if it’s just via an analogy.

Dr. Bradley Nelson uses the analogy of tuning forks to demonstrate how like attracts like. Although he makes the analogy to explain how trapped negative feelings attract more of the same, the analogy can be applied to any form of energy, which is what all our thoughts, feelings, emotions etc. are made of. (In fact, everything in this universe is made up of energy, whether it is tangible or not. Refer to Albert Einstien).

Dr. Nelson explains how if you have a number of tuning forks of different sizes (and therefore, different frequencies) in a room, and if you strike one of them, all the other tuning forks in the room that are of the same frequency will start vibrating. He explains that this is “not because of some natural affinity between tuning forks. This is the way our universe works.” *

Similarly, all our thoughts, feelings, emotions etc. each have their own particular frequency, since they are all made up of energy.

So.

Imagine each negative thought you have is a tuning fork vibrating at a specific frequency. What is it attracting? All the other negative vibrations of the same frequency, i.e., more of the same!

Now imagine what happens with each positive, abundant and beautiful thought you have…..

Pick a day, and try this experiment:
Wake up.
Be grateful for 5 things in your life.
Feel happy about these 5 things and smile.
Wear the smile all morning as you go about your day.
See how many strangers smile back at you.

How are you Breathing?

“Hello. How are you breathing today?”

Quality of breath = State of being

Our fast paced lives have turned us into shallow breathers. Check your breath now: how are you breathing?
Take a deep inhale all the way down to your abdomen.
Exhale all the way out.
And then do it again.

Deep breathing brings many blessings:

  • Relaxes in the body, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety
  • Improves circulation of blood and oxygen in the body (fewer wrinkles, imagine!)
  • Increases energy, physical and mental
  • Reduces fear and pain
  • Cleanses the blood of toxic stress chemicals
  • Improves power of mental concentration and observation

Breathing is managed subconsciously, which is great because that means we don’t have to remember to breathe. But know that we can send calming signals to our bodymind by taking control and consciously changing how we breathe.
