We each have our own very special psychic gift. In this innovative workshop you will learn how to understand, access and apply your unique sense. This may be Clairvoyance (seeing), Clairaudience (hearing), Clairsentience (feeling), Claircognizance (knowing) or a combination of these.

We will take time to look at some of the ‘tools of the trade’ such as Tarot cards, Numerology, Psychometry and Pendulum dowsing.

We will combine this with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), to quickly shift negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, allowing you to release any fears and doubts about your innate gifts and abilities. Not only will you learn a technique that will enhance your psychic abilities but you will take away a powerful tool you can use in any area of your life that needs healing.

The workshop will include meditations to access your gifts and working in partners to practice, making this a powerfully experiential time.


Julie Cook psychic medium Julie Cook is an Internationally Renowned Psychic Medium and has more than 30 years experience working with clients at home and abroad, giving private readings as well as teaching in numerous seminars, retreats, and workshops.

Falguni Mather counsellor and EFT practitioner Falguni Mather is an Integrative Counsellor in HK practicing mind-body therapy, seeing clients in private practice. Setting and achieving goals for teenagers at this time of life can be stressful and time is scarce!

In two 90 minute sessions, teens will learn and practice the EFT Tapping technique and save many hours spent worrying, feeling upset or procrastinating on assignments and school work.

EFT is an evidence based stress management technique

EFT has been researched in more than 10 countries, by more than 60 investigators, whose results have been published in more than 20 different peer-reviewed journals. Here is a link to five papers on its use with students.

Catherine and Falguni have both taught tapping to their children to help them: feel empowered in relationships with others at school, reduce fears about a past accident on the school bus, recover from meltdown before GCSEs, understand the reasons for their procrastination to finally complete important assignments, overcome insomnia to get sleep the night before the SAT, and deal with friendship woes.
In turn, they have taught it to their friends to reduce opening night jitters and to feel calmly confident against a very tall basketball opponent!

EFT is quick and easy to learn. We will keep the group capped at eight to ensure each participant gets ample time and practice.

As a parent myself, I know how stress can build up and affect all the family members. Learning to parent “consciously” has been life changing for me as a parent. My children are now 17 and 20 years old, and our relationship has never been better. I am passionate about sharing my work with all parents out there because I know this works.

Introduction to EFT Tapping Group

Heard about EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) but haven’t experienced it yet? Curious about the technique? In need of a refresher on the technique?

In this introductory group you will experience the EFT tapping technique, and learn how to use it for yourself to help with daily stresses. EFT is not only powerful and effective but also very simple to use.

EFT is a relaxing mind-body technique that is safe, gentle, and non-invasive. EFT allows us to release uncomfortable feelings like anger, hurt, guilt, fear or grief so we can feel better fast. It combines a gentle touch with conscious attention; we tap with our fingertips on acupressure points on the hands, face and body while focusing on an issue we wish to resolve. I will lead participants through experiential group exercises with EFT tapping, including a brief introduction for those who are new to this technique.

It doesn’t matter if you know how to tap or not, whether you’re just starting out with EFT or are an experienced tapper, you can just tap along with me.

Some areas we can work with are frustration, anxiety, relationships, job stress, physical pain, phobias, connection, more peace and happiness in your daily life. So simply bring an open mind and an issue in your life that you would like to explore.

No two tapping groups are the same, as we have different participants, touch on different issues and there is often a group theme.

Tapping as a group literally benefits everyone, because tapping with others can help reduce the intensity of your own issues. This is known as “borrowing benefits” and is one of the most profound discoveries of EFT.

You will also learn the basics of this powerful yet simple EFT technique, so you can continue to practice EFT on your own to resolve daily stresses.

Join in one or more of these Introductory EFT groups. Anyone (18+ years) is welcome to join.

Religions, philosophies, and age old wisdom have long held that gratitude is not only an indispensable human virtue, but an integral component of health, wholeness, and well-being.

Science has also slowly but surely come to the same conclusion; much scientific research now proves that cultivating gratitude has a large number of benefits. Gratitude improves psychological, emotional and physical well being, and it also leads to stronger relationships and communities.

Studies done by Prof. R. Emmons (University of California), reveal that:

In an experimental comparison, those who kept gratitude journals on a weekly basis exercised more regularly, reported fewer physical symptoms, felt better about their lives as a whole, and were more optimistic about the upcoming week compared to those who recorded hassles or neutral life events (Emmons & McCullough, 2003).

Many studies show that five-minute a day gratitude journal can increase your long-term well-being by more than 10 percent… which is the same impact as doubling your income!

Gratitude also strengthens our emotions: being grateful reduces negative feelings, helps us to have happier memories, and helps us to bounce back from stress.

Based on the concept that the root of joy is gratefulness, and on research that proves the multiple benefits of a regular practice of gratitude, this is an experiential and interactive workshop.

We will use EFT and Meditation to cultivate and deepen our sense of gratitude, delving into something new and exploring different aspects of gratitude every month. In the last workshop we discussed Dr. Dispenza’s concept of being grateful before the event – an interesting and thought provoking approach.

The goal of the workshop is to cultivate simple ways to bring more joy into our lives, and see how that can help to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.
