Monthly EFT Tapping Group

EFT Tapping group
Meeting regularly to experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping. A simple yet powerful technique which effectively releases stuck energy and negative feelings that impede your mental and emotional well-being.

The technique is so simple you can continue to use it on your own to resolve daily stresses.

If you are interested in helping yourself heal in any area of life: stress, overwhelm, health, loss, family, finances, relationships or even career, you will find this monthly group hugely beneficial.

This low cost EFT group session is an effective way of receiving support between private sessions, or seeing yourself through a difficult time.

Working in groups can be powerful, often bringing new perspectives which help you see your situation a new light, creating shifts and new solutions. The same as individual sessions, this group session is also a confidential space where you can safely voice any concerns.

My intention for this group is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment so everyone feels heard, supported and empowered.

  • Whether you’re just starting out with EFT or are an experienced tapper, you will benefit from this group
  • EFT/tapping is simple to learn and do, however people often report ‘forgetting to tap’. This group serves as a reminder to continue to practice EFT on your own.
  • Tapping as a group has literal benefits for everyone, as tapping with others can help reduce the emotional intensity of your own issues. This is known as “borrowing benefits” and is one of the most profound discoveries of EFT.

Facilitated by Falguni Mather, an Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner with AAMET.

Religions, philosophies, and age old wisdom have long held that gratitude is not only an indispensable human virtue, but an integral component of health, wholeness, and well-being.

Science has also slowly but surely come to the same conclusion; much scientific research now proves that cultivating gratitude has a large number of benefits. Gratitude improves psychological, emotional and physical well being, and it also leads to stronger relationships and communities.

Studies done by Prof. R. Emmons (University of California), reveal that:

In an experimental comparison, those who kept gratitude journals on a weekly basis exercised more regularly, reported fewer physical symptoms, felt better about their lives as a whole, and were more optimistic about the upcoming week compared to those who recorded hassles or neutral life events (Emmons & McCullough, 2003).

Many studies show that five-minute a day gratitude journal can increase your long-term well-being by more than 10 percent… which is the same impact as doubling your income!

Gratitude also strengthens our emotions: being grateful reduces negative feelings, helps us to have happier memories, and helps us to bounce back from stress.

Based on the concept that the root of joy is gratefulness, and on research that proves the multiple benefits of a regular practice of gratitude, this is an experiential and interactive workshop.

We will use EFT and Meditation to cultivate and deepen our sense of gratitude, delving into something new and exploring different aspects of gratitude every month. In the last workshop we discussed Dr. Dispenza’s concept of being grateful before the event – an interesting and thought provoking approach.

The goal of the workshop is to cultivate simple ways to bring more joy into our lives, and see how that can help to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.
