Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a mind-body technique also known as tapping because we tap with our fingertips on acupressure points on the hands, face and body while verbalising the issue we want to resolve.

Emotional Intelligence has been identified as one of the top skills for the 21st Century by the World Economic Forum.
What is emotional intelligence anyway? Basically, it’s the ability to notice your emotions, know what you’re feeling, be able to feel what you’re feeling so you can navigate through the experience. EQ leads to greater self-integration, which allows more empathy for others’ emotions, deepening connection and social interactions.
You’d think it was a no brainer to feel your feelings, right? But there’s a big difference between knowing what you’re feeling and being able to experience the emotions.
Emotional health is not only about big issues like depression or anxiety. It includes the little worries, frustrations, doubts, sadness or guilt that you experience in your daily life.
Most of us have never been taught, or never learned, how to navigate the intensity of ‘bad’ feelings. It’s difficult, and can be literally painful; these uncomfortable emotions are not only in our mind and in our thoughts but also held in our physical bodies. (For example, tightness in your neck and shoulders when you’re worried, tension in your stomach when you’re nervous, or heaviness in your heart when you’re sad).
In this workshop I share how acknowledging and mobilising emotions regulates interactions, physical health, and responses to daily stress. Learn to use your emotions as your guideposts rather than something to manage or control. Become responsive vs. reactive; empowered in life, in health and in your relationships.
Emotional Freedom Techniques

Level 1 is an introduction to the power of EFT where you learn foundational knowledge and skills. Whether your intention is to help yourself or to become a certified EFT practitioner, Level 1 is the first step and an essential part of the course. Level 1 is designed to help students use basic EFT competently in a non-professional capacity.
In Level 2, you will gain a solid foundation in EFT, sharpening your technique and approach. Level 2 equips you to deal with a wide range of issues using tools from the EFT Toolbox; from releasing negative thoughts and uncovering limiting core beliefs to working with trauma and physical pain.
This training consists of 3 days of in-person training with instructive and experiential learning, including live demonstrations and practical hands-on practice in supervised pairs. Plus:
– Pre-course reading
– Post-course reading, videos and other materials
– 2 live, online group calls within two weeks of the training (Q&A and further modules)
All of the above completes the 24 hours of training required for the practitioner certification.
Certificate of Attendance
On completion of the three day training plus post-training calls which fulfil the 24 hours of training required by EFTi, you will receive an Internationally recognised EFT Level 1 & 2 Certificate of Attendance from EFT International.
Attending this three day training does not automatically confer Practitioner status. In addition to completing the Levels 1 and 2 training course, there is an extensive mentoring and assessment process required for practitioner certification, which includes significant practice and case studies.
Once you’ve completed all requirements, you will receive practitioner certification and an “Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner” status with EFTi. “Accreditation” is an extra level of accountability to ensure that members are meeting EFT International certification standards and competencies.

Setting and achieving goals for teenagers at this time of life can be stressful and time is scarce!
In two 90 minute sessions, teens will learn and practice the EFT Tapping technique and save many hours spent worrying, feeling upset or procrastinating on assignments and school work.

This workshop focuses on creating an authentic connection with your child vs. managing your child’s behaviour. Based on decades of research which shows that a strong and healthy bond with your child is the foundation needed for him or her to be self-assured, empathic and resilient.
As a parent myself, I know how stress can build up and affect all the family members. Learning to parent “consciously” has been life-changing for me as a parent. The EFT technique has been invaluable in my journey as a parent, allowing me to have a loving and connected relationship with my children who are now 17 and 21 years old. I am passionate about sharing my work with all parents out there because I know this works.

It’s so much easier sometimes to get by in life using the same old coping mechanisms. We know how to cope and get on with life and that’s how most of us live. But why cope with life when you could live fully, with more energy and vitality? Life will constantly throw things at us; having the resilience to respond with equanimity and clarity is what determines our well-being.
Sharing your stresses in a group, even the daily small frustrations, can be profoundly helpful; it can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions and connection with the other group members.

This closed group has the same members every week for 6 weeks (max. 5 people). We practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we reflect within the confidential group space.
