EFT for Well-Being Programme: 6 sessions in 6 weeks

Upcoming dates:
– Sept/Oct 2020 (online)
Request to join. Once you’ve been accepted into this 6 week programme you can book online.

Are you interested in maximising your well-being?

It’s so much easier sometimes to get by in life using the same old coping mechanisms. We know how to cope and get on with life and that’s how most of us live. But why cope with life when you could live fully, with more energy and vitality? Life will constantly throw things at us; having the resilience to respond with equanimity and clarity is what determines our well-being.

Sharing your stresses in a group, even the daily small frustrations, can be profoundly helpful; it can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions and connection with the other group members.

It felt so good to know I am not the only one with all the small problems! I feel like a normal person and lighter, also! Thanks.

This closed group has the same members every week for 6 weeks (max. 5 people). We practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we reflect within the confidential group space.

You will come away with practical tools and strategies to implement into your busy daily life.

Bring any issues you know are weighing you down, limiting you or holding you back and be open to receiving support.

A cost effective option compared to individual sessions.

Each group accommodates a maximum of 5 people and runs once a week over 6 consecutive weeks. This programme runs in person as well as online. Please check the calendar for dates and venues.

Each session is 120 minutes (2 hours)
Cost HKD $2,400 for 6 weeks ($400/2 hr session)

How are you Breathing?

“Hello. How are you breathing today?”

Quality of breath = State of being

Our fast paced lives have turned us into shallow breathers. Check your breath now: how are you breathing?
Take a deep inhale all the way down to your abdomen.
Exhale all the way out.
And then do it again.

Deep breathing brings many blessings:

  • Relaxes in the body, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety
  • Improves circulation of blood and oxygen in the body (fewer wrinkles, imagine!)
  • Increases energy, physical and mental
  • Reduces fear and pain
  • Cleanses the blood of toxic stress chemicals
  • Improves power of mental concentration and observation

Breathing is managed subconsciously, which is great because that means we don’t have to remember to breathe. But know that we can send calming signals to our bodymind by taking control and consciously changing how we breathe.
