EFT Support Group: Inner freedom: 6 sessions in 6 weeks

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a proven technique that gently and effectively releases emotional pain, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. A combination of acupressure points and talk therapy, EFT often helps more immediately than traditional talk therapy alone. Our stresses and worries can unconsciously block us from living a fulfilling life, resulting in emotional and physical symptoms like anxiety, aggression, addiction, low moods, lack of confidence, lack of direction and chronic pain. EFT is simple to use and you can help yourself by using the technique on your own, or with a friend, between sessions.

This support group is a cost effective option if you are ready to start using EFT on a regular basis. It’s an opportunity to receive continuous support and begin a process of positive change for yourself.

Working in groups can be a powerful way to access change within you. It can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions as you build connection with the other group members.

The same as individual sessions, this closed group is also completely confidential.

Cost effective compared to individual sessions.

How are you Breathing?

“Hello. How are you breathing today?”

Quality of breath = State of being

Our fast paced lives have turned us into shallow breathers. Check your breath now: how are you breathing?
Take a deep inhale all the way down to your abdomen.
Exhale all the way out.
And then do it again.

Deep breathing brings many blessings:

  • Relaxes in the body, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety
  • Improves circulation of blood and oxygen in the body (fewer wrinkles, imagine!)
  • Increases energy, physical and mental
  • Reduces fear and pain
  • Cleanses the blood of toxic stress chemicals
  • Improves power of mental concentration and observation

Breathing is managed subconsciously, which is great because that means we don’t have to remember to breathe. But know that we can send calming signals to our bodymind by taking control and consciously changing how we breathe.
