EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a safe and gentle, yet extremely powerful, energy psychology technique. Also known as ’tapping’, it effectively releases negative feelings, resulting in enhanced emotional and physical well-being.
You will learn how to identify, manage as well as release those feelings of stress & anxiety – so you can think and act from a place of clarity, calm, confidence and focus.
What you will get from this workshop:
The basic EFT technique so you can start to use it on yourself right away
Techniques to access calm and clarity
Steps for correct breath and the effect on the body
Experiential exploration of how stress & anxiety manifest in your body and what to do about it
Each participant will have the option to explore specific issues. There will be time for practice so you will be able to use the techniques immediately and effectively in your daily life.
