EFT Tapping Group
A confidential space where you can safely voice any concerns. Open to all who are looking to find relief from stressful and negative feelings. No matter what your concern, big or small, you’re welcome.
Meeting regularly to find relief from worries and experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping.
This low cost group session is an effective way of receiving support between private therapy sessions, or seeing yourself through a difficult time.
Working in groups can be powerful, often bringing new perspectives which help you see your situation a new light, creating shifts and new solutions.
My intention for this group is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment so everyone feels heard, supported and empowered.
I also teach you this simple technique, so you can continue to use it on your own to resolve daily stresses.
- Whether you’re just starting out with EFT or are an experienced tapper, you will benefit from this group
- EFT/tapping is simple to learn and do, however people often report ‘forgetting to tap’. This group serves as a reminder to continue to practice EFT on your own.
- Tapping as a group has literal benefits for everyone, as tapping with others can help reduce the emotional intensity of your own issues. This is known as “borrowing benefits” and is one of the most profound discoveries of EFT.
