I provide individual and group counselling to adult individuals of all cultures and ethnicities.
I hold a Masters in Counselling from Monash University, Australia. My additional training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Matrix Reimprinting. I work using an integrative and holistic approach, combining mindfulness based therapies with techniques that build awareness of the mind-body-social causes of problematic issues.
These techniques, coupled with talk therapy, enhance the therapeutic process so you are able to feel immediate positive shifts in your daily life.
My approach is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment so you can voice your concerns and difficulties while feeling heard. I am fully invested in helping you to connect to your inner resources so you can cope with and resolve the issues you are experiencing.
We will work together to explore and identify any limiting issues with the clear intent of achieving goals. I believe that everyone’s issues are unique, and the sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.
I offer long or short term counselling, and specialise in personal crisis, trauma and confidence. I work with a wide range of issues including stress, depression, anger, self-esteem, sexuality, job related stress, phobias, grief or loss, old or recent trauma, unresolved childhood issues and any emotional blocks to self-awareness and personal development.
A member of The Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I adhere to their code of ethics.
“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning , but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
Are you living your best life? If not, what’s stopping you?
