“No matter how calmly you try to referee, parenting will eventually produce bizarre behavior, and I’m not talking about the kids.” ― Bill Cosby
Many studies show that a mother’s stress & anxiety levels during pregnancy as well as after the baby is born, have a direct impact on the emotional health of the baby.
How would you like to learn a technique that you can use right away to help yourself, your baby and your whole family?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a safe and gentle, yet extremely powerful, energy psychology technique that is easy for anybody to learn and use. Also known as ’tapping’, EFT effectively releases negative feelings, helps to let go of stressful emotions, resulting in enhanced emotional and physical well-being.

Live better, feel better, love better!
Everyone will have a chance to explore specific issues. There will be time for practice, so you feel confident, as well as time for questions.
