Support Group: Inner freedom: 6 sessions in 6 weeks
Receive continuous support on your journey to find relief from life’s stresses and worries, and begin a process of positive change for yourself. In this closed support group, we practice the EFT tapping technique, grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we share our experiences within the confidential group space.
Each group accommodates maximum 6 people and runs once a week for 6 weeks.
EFT is a proven technique that gently and effectively releases emotional pain, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. A combination of acupressure points and talk therapy, EFT often helps more immediately than traditional talk therapy alone. Our stresses and worries can unconsciously block us from living a fulfilling life, resulting in emotional and physical symptoms like anxiety, aggression, addiction, low moods, lack of confidence, lack of direction and chronic pain. EFT is simple to use and you can help yourself by using the technique on your own, or with a friend, between sessions.
Working in groups can be a powerful way to access change within you. It can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions as you build connection with the other group members.
This support group is an opportunity to receive continuous support through creating positive change for yourself. The same as individual sessions, this closed group is also completely confidential.
