Support Group for Emotional Well Being: 6 sessions over 6 weeks
Are you in need of support for self-care, to maximise your emotional well-being?
It’s so much easier sometimes to get by in life using the same old coping mechanisms. But you could choose differently, to value yourself enough to reach out and connect and learn new ways to start living instead of coping.
Sharing and being supported in a group can be profoundly helpful; it can often bring new perspectives to help you see your situation a new light, bringing new solutions as you build connection with the other group members.
In this closed support group, we practice the EFT tapping technique, grounding and breath exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness as we share our experiences within the confidential group space.
You will come away with practical tools and strategies to implement into your busy life.
This weekly group is an opportunity to receive continuous support for your emotional well being. It provides a safe and confidential space to free us from the emotional burdens that we all carry with us. Bring any issues you know are weighing you down, limiting you or holding you back and be open to receiving support.
A cost effective option compared to individual sessions.
Each group accommodates maximum 6 people and runs once a week over 6 weeks.
Weekly 10:00am – 12:00pm
Cost 330/session (1,980 for 6 weeks)
